We are looking for 15 Men & 15 Women who want to change their lives.
What does the program include?
6 Weeks of Expert Coached Workouts
Jumpstart your health & fitness journey with our one hour classes led by experienced trainers. Our one hour classes include a strength (weightlifting) portion, and a metabolic conditioning (cardio/HIIT) portion. You are going to work hard, you are going to sweat, you are going to love it!
Before & After Measurements & Photos
Track your progress to stay motivated and accountable. We will take your weight, percent body fat, and body measurements including waist, hips, chest, leg, and arm measurements.
Private Facebook Group
Get support, encouragement & tips for staying motivated throughout the challenge.
Meal Plan & Nutrition Guidance
Fitness is more than physical, We provide the nutritional assistance you need to succeed. You will receive a comprehensive nutrition plan including: meal guide, sample meal plans, and grocery list.
